This is the next book we’ll discuss :

"Table for Two" by Amor Towles (2024) will be the next book selection for CWN readers to discuss.

Six stories set in New York City and a novella in Los Angeles.

Throughout the New York stories, two characters often find themselves sitting across a table for two where the direction of their futures may hinge upon what they say to each other next.

The novella, "Eve in Hollywood,” an excerpt from "Rules of Civility" describes how Eve crafts a new future for herself--and others--in the midst of Hollywood's golden age.

We will meet on Friday, June 13, 2025 in the Waupaca area. Exact times and place to dine will be decided later with Kathleen Daley’s input.
